Since we are in the middle of the 2015 harvest season this is the perfect period to learn more about the wine making process.

The Wine making process changed a lot since the first wine made in Georgia 8000 years ago. There are different procedures to produce red, white, rosé and sparkling wine, but they have all in common certain steps:

1. Harvest the grapes
2. Crush the grapes
3. Fermentation of the grapes
4. Ageing of the wine
5. Bottling the wine
