And we have new beers to recommend. It is named Baladin…
Baladin is a farm brewy originally created in 1996 in a small village of Piozzo in the province of Cuneo in Piedmont, Italy. Considering the year it was originated, we cannot properly call it ancient. But 20 years is surely long enough for a beer producer to build its own reputation as fine beer. Baladin is well-known for its distinctive and “alive” taste because it is not pasturized. It could be the producer’s aim to allow postmodern beer lovers to enjoy the truly authentic taste of their beers.
Baladin beers are available in 3 styles including Spiced Beer, Pure Malt Beer and Hoppy Beer. Each style has its own definition of taste but it seems their Spiced style is the highlight.
Spiced beer is fermented with the addition of a mixture of spices and aromatic herbs such as ginger, rosemary, bay leaves, juniper and etc. The result is this complex charm of desired bitterness and aroma. For the rest styles you must check out, view the key visual below.
